汇付条款
合同中的汇付条款是当交易双方商定通过汇付方式进行货款交付时，合同中对货款交付的具体细节的规定，它是国际贸易合同中支付条款的一个具体类型。合同中的汇付条款可以规定如下：
例1：
买方应不迟于12月15日，将100%的货款用电汇预付至卖方。
The Buyer should pay 100% of the sale amount to the Seller in advance by telegraphic transfer not later than Dec. 15th.
托收条款
合同中的托收条款是当交易双方商定通过托收方式进行货款交付时，合同中对货款交付的具体细节的规定。托收又分为D/P付款交单与D/A承兑交单。合同中的托收条款可以规定如下：
例1（付款交单）：
买方应凭卖方开具的即期汇票于见票时立即付款。
The Buyer should make immediate payment against the presentation of the draft issued by the Seller.
例2（承兑交单）：
买方对卖方开具的见票后20天付款的跟单汇票于提示时应予以承兑，并应于汇票到期日付款。
The Buyer should accept the documentary draft at 20 days' sight upon the presentation and make payment on the maturity.
信用证条款
合同中的信用证条款是当交易双方商定通过信用证（L/C）方式进行货款交付时，合同中对货款交付的具体细节的规定。合同中的信用证条款可以规定如下：
例1（即期信用证）：
买方应于装运月份前XX天通过卖方可接受的银行开立并送达卖方不可撤销的即期，有效期至装运月份后15天在中国议付。
The Buyers shall open through a bank acceptable to the Sellers an Irrevocable Sight Letter of Credit to reach the Sellers XX days before the month of shipment, valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the month of shipment.
例2（远期信用证）：
买方应于XX年X月X日前（或接到卖方通知后X天内或签约后X天内）通过XX银行开立以卖方为受益人的不可撤销（可转让）的见票后XX天（或装船日后XX天）付款的银行承兑，议付有效期延至上述装运期后15天在中国到期。
The Buyers shall arrange with XX Bank for opening an Irrevocable (Transferable) bankers acceptance Letter of Credit in favour of the Sellers before……(or within…days after receipt of Sellers advice; or within…days after signing of this contract), The said Letter of Credit shall be available by draft (s) at sight (or after date of shipment) and remain valid for negotiation in China until the 15th after the aforesaid time of shipment.
例3（假远期信用证）：
本项下的远期汇票由付款人承兑和贴现，所有费用由买方负担，远期汇票可即期收款。
Drawee will accept and discount usance drafts drawn under this Credit. All charges are for buyers account, usance draft payable at sight basis.
例4（循环信用证）：
买方应于第一批装运月份前通过卖方可接受的银行开立并送达卖方不可撤销即期循环信用证，该证在19XX年期间，每月自动可供XX（金额），并保持有效至19XX年1月15日在北京议付。
The Buyers shall open through a bank acceptable to the Sellers an Irrevocable Revolving Letter of Credit at sight to reach the Sellers XX days before the month of first shipment. The Credit Shall be automatically available during the period of 19XX for XX (value) per month, and remain valid for negotiation in Beijing until Jan.15, 19XX.
